We've had a hit-and-run report last night. Around 2:00 AM, a car was hijacked from the local asylum, and ran over a little girl. The car was found a few blocks away, entirely deserted and without any fingerprints on the wheel. Was the perp wearing gloves or something? We were unable to get a description of the driver, but we do have an eyewitness. The little girl's older sister was with her at the time of death, but all she could tell us was that "All I saw were a the two headlights coming at me, and when I turned around, she was dead."
Great. That narrows things down a lot -.-

Well, seems there was a female found in that area speaking another language with no one around her. Know anything about that?

I don't know. We're fairly close to the America/Mexico border, so we do get the occasional Spanish-speaker around here. Still a primarily English town, though.
